[法规草案] 日本向WTO提交了一份关于在卫星NB-IoT上兼容3GPP标准的无线电设备的通知，用于透过中继Inmarsat卫星站进行通讯。
此次修订的目的是根据国内外营运商的要求，在卫星NB-IoT上引入使用兼容3GPP标准的Inmarsat卫星的Inmarsat IoT类系统。将制定有关使用与卫星NB (窄频) -IoT 3GPP 标准兼容的Inmarsat卫星的Inmarsat IoT类型系统的许可条件和技术标准等的规定。
Japan proposed a WTO notification about radio equipment compatible with 3GPP standards on satellite NB-IoT for communications by relaying Inmarsat satellite stations.
The objective of the amendment is to enable the introduction of Inmarsat IoT-type systems that use Inmarsat satellites compatible with 3GPP standards on satellite NB-IoT, based on requests from domestic and foreign operators. The regulations regarding the license conditions and the technical standards, etc. for the Inmarsat IoT-type systems, that use Inmarsat satellites compatible with the 3GPP standards on satellite NB (Narrow Band)-IoT, will be established.
