智利Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (SUBTEL) 于2025年5月22日发布Resolución 737 Exenta,修订了Resolución N°1985 Exenta de 2017短距离设备 (SRDs) 技术标准。
从2026年2月22日开始,SUBTEL将不再颁发低功耗器件 (lpd) 的批准证书,医疗产品除外。制造商或当地进口商必须在每个产品的包装上附上QR码 (最小尺寸为1厘米x 1厘米),而不是证书,这样就可以进入一个西班牙语网站,上面有产品和制造商信息、技术规格、测试报告和专门为智利法规起草的符合性声明。
Resolución 737 Exenta将于2026年2月22日生效。
Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (SUBTEL) in Chile published Resolución 737 Exenta on May 22, 2025, which modifies Resolución N° 1985 Exenta de 2017 on Technical standards for short range devices (SRDs). Beginning February 22, 2026, SUBTEL will no longer issue approval certificates for Low Power Devices (LPDs), with the exception of medical applications.. Instead of a certificate, manufacturers or local importers must include a QR code (minimum size 1 cm x 1cm ) on the packaging of every product which leads to a Spanish language website featuring product and manufacturer information, technical specifications, test report(s) and a declaration of conformity specifically drafted for Chilean regulations.
Resolución 737 Exenta will come into effect on February 22, 2026.
