越南发布第02/2025/TT-BKHCN号通函，关于71-76 GHz和81-86 GHz固定频段营运的调频频道规划

越南科技部发布了第 02/2025/TT-BKHCN 号通函，题为「71-76 GHz 和 81-86 GHz 频段固定业务调频频道分配规划」。该法规管理这些特定频段内用于固定服务的无线电频道的分配，旨在优化高速点对点通讯系统，包括电信回程和微波网络。
本通函适用于越南境内从事调频设备管理、使用或生产的组织和个人。该法于2025年5月15日起生效。

Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Circular 02/2025/TT-BKHCN, titled “”Radio Frequency Channel Allocation Planning for Fixed Services in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz Bands.”” This regulation governs the allocation of radio frequency channels in these specific bands for fixed services, aiming to optimize high-speed, point-to-point communication systems, including telecommunication backhaul and microwave networks.
The Circular applies to organizations and individuals involved in the management, use, or production of radio frequency equipment within Vietnam. It will come into effect on May 15, 2025.
